At Freddie, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your return or exchange is handled with the utmost care.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Freddie account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order number and email address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
